Spot Plays for 10/2/2009

Belmont Park

Race 8: # 6 Cavallo Pazzo has won four straight races over four different tracks and should make it five in a row today. His connections have spotted him well in his last few starts and this distance and condition fits him well. Since his last he has a solid workout over his home base at Delaware and should be ready to roll today. Ramon Dominguez picks up the mount today.

Turfway Park

Race 6: # 4 Whispering Heat returns to her favorite oval and should get the job done today. She has been off since June and has a couple of decent workouts to show she is fit. She seems to like all-weather surfaces more the regular dirt so hopefully she will wake up over this oval. With James Lopez aboard look for a strong effort from Whispering Heat today.

Race 9: # 7 Bee Line's Edge drops in class for this effort and should step forward today. He picks up a softer condition for this run which is key and if he move forward off of his last effort he should win for fun. Victor Lebron picks up the mount which is a very good sign. Look for a strong run from Bee Line's Edge today.
